Nermin qualified as a solicitor in May 2018 and is an Associate Solicitor at Prosperity Law LLP, based in the firm’s Spinningfields office in Manchester. She has extensive experience handling a broad range of general commercial litigation work including property disputes, professional negligence claims, insolvency, contractual disputes, contentious probate, partnership disputes and shareholder disputes.
Nermin now specialises in property litigation and contested probate matters, advising clients on a wide range of complex and often sensitive disputes.
Nermin has experience acting for individuals, businesses, landlords and tenants across a broad range of property litigation matters. Her practice includes disputes relating to property boundaries, adverse possession, rights of way, breaches of lease, rent arrears, dilapidations, forfeiture, breach of covenant and possession proceedings as well as claims involving beneficial ownership and proprietary estoppel. She has also represented clients in matters involving restrictive covenants, easements and misrepresentation in property transactions.
Alongside her property litigation practice, Nermin advises on contested probate matters, including challenges to the validity of wills and claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975.
Nermin works closely with her clients to navigate complex legal issues, providing clear, practical advice and effective strategies for resolution. She recognises that disputes can be both stressful and deeply personal and is committed to ensuring her clients feel supported and informed throughout every stage of the process.
