Jane is an accredited member of the Law Society as a specialist in clinical negligence and is a fellow of the Royal Society of Medicine. She is recognised as a highly experienced leading practitioner in England and Wales. Jane specialises in high-value complex claims. One of her areas of particular expertise is birth trauma cases and brain injury. She has achieved millions in compensation for her clients.
Jane is well known in the legal and health sector and is very highly regarded in her field. Jane is described by her clients as ‘caring and empathetic but fights her cases with tenacity’.
Jane is the author of a series of Medico-Legal Books and has had several papers and articles published in legal, medical and scientific journals. Medico-Legal Essential series, published by Radcliffe Oxford, includes: Health Records in Court, Consent to Treatment and Clinical Responsibility.
