Libby is a Medical Negligence legal assistant who works alongside senior fee earners to manage complex clinical negligence claims. This includes liaising with hospitals to request and review medical records, drafting legal documents, corresponding with clients, and managing new enquiries. Libby takes pride in being organised, hardworking and compassionate in her approach to every task she undertakes.
Prior to joining Prosperity Law, Libby graduated with a 2:1 Law degree from Manchester Metropolitan University, specialising in Medical Law, mooting, and Intellectual Property Law.
Outside of work, Libby enjoys reading, hikes in the countryside and spending time with her puppy Walter.
