Sam Roberts, Solicitor in our Family Law team, primarily works from our Liverpool and London offices.
Sam specialises in all aspects of Family Law, including: Child Arrangements, Complex contested children matters, Divorce, Dissolution of Civil Partnership, Matrimonial Financial matters, International Children matters and unmarried cohabitation disputes.
Sam qualified as a Solicitor in September 2025. During his Training Contract, he honed his skills within our Conveyancing, Private Client, Commercial Property Dispute and finally our Family Department.
Sam has experience in dealing with complex family issues and has dealt with various cases involving complex corporation and trust assets. He has undertaken numerous cases dealing with high-profile and high-net-worth individuals in the Middle East, the United States of America and mainland Europe.
Sam prides himself on building a good rapport with clients through his approachability and practicality when helping with what is understandably a stressful time in clients’ lives.
Sam has raised money for various local and national charities in North Wales and Merseyside, including North Wales Cancer Trust, raising over £16,000.00 after completing the Three Peaks Challenge, summitting Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon in under 24 hours. He has also completed the Chester Marathon and Liverpool Half Marathon for Epilepsy Action, a charity very close to his heart.
Outside of the office, Sam enjoys playing golf, watching his beloved team Liverpool FC and walking his dog Frodo.
