Profile
Jonathan qualified as a solicitor in 1994. Since then he has held senior roles at a number of leading firms – including Head of Real Estate – alongside other management positions. Jonathan’s clients have included banks, property funds, developers, private investors and owner-managed SMEs. He has extensive experience in dealing with property funds, particularly those focused on investment in student accommodation, ground rents and the private rented sector.
Jonathan joined Prosperity Law LLP as Commercial Director in July 2024. Although no longer in a fee-earning role, his expertise in real estate combined with the commercial acumen developed over three decades in the sector make him ideally suited to this strategic role.
Jonathan works across all four of the firm’s offices. In conjunction with the senior management team, a big part of his role is the ongoing development and growth of the business, including key hires and acquisition opportunities.
Away from work Jonathan enjoys spending time with family, walking, going to the gym and following the trials and tribulations of LUFC!
