Prosperity Law is delighted to announce that we have recruited further expertise to our Corporate Healthcare team.

Two new recruits – Sophie McGregor, a commercial property lawyer, and Paul Rabbette, a senior paralegal – will provide greater capability as part of our ambitious growth plans. This comes after the appointment of Paul Edels earlier in 2023 as a Partner and Head of Corporate Healthcare.

The Corporate Healthcare team now stands at three highly experienced legal professionals. The firm plans to expand even further over the coming year to meet client demand.

With these new recruits, the firm now offers a full commercial legal service to healthcare clients, incorporating corporate, commercial, employment, property procurement and wealth management services.  We act for a wide range of Healthcare providers – from dental practices and opticians to nursing and pharmacies. The team has both NHS and private healthcare experience. 

Paul’s team provides legal expertise for every stage of a corporate deal, acting for buyers and sellers in both asset and share transactions. They also offer a complete portfolio of commercial advisory expertise – commercial restructuring, partner disputes and post-completion disputes.

Prosperity Law is now home to 47 staff, based in Manchester, Liverpool, and London. The firm operates across over 20 specialisms.

The Corporate Healthcare team can put clients in touch with any of our legal specialists, acting as the conduit for clients while acting as the client relationship manager. This sets Prosperity Law apart from its competitors as a trusted advisor across the full range of legal services.
