North West Law Society Commerce & Industry Group Annual Dinner

The North West Law Society Commerce & Industry Group Annual Dinner is an evening event of networking and dining to raise funds for Cancer Research UK.

The prestigious event included a champagne reception, 4-course meal, live entertainment, and a charity auction and raffle. The ticket sales, auction and raffle raised an impressive £18,000, with all the proceeds going to the charity.

This year – the Granada News Presenter – Paul Crone was the Master of Ceremonies; he ran an entertaining auction and kept the event flowing perfectly.

Our very own Edward Smethurst has ran the event for the past 24 years, whilst Jessica Reeves organised the charity dinner for first time – delivering, another memorable evening.

Most of our team were in attendance, so we managed to capture a stunning team photo of everyone looking smart in their evening attire!

The President of the Manchester Law Society – Fran Eccles-Bech – was also in attendance, along with several major Manchester Law firms, Barristers Chambers, Accountancy Firms and many other major North West Companies, including Manchester United.

All in all, the evening was a riveting success. We know everyone here at Prosperity Law had a fantastic time, and judging by the other guest’s reactions, we know they enjoyed the evening as much as we did!
