Recently, Prosperity Law’s very own Simon Gerrard joined the team at Realm Recruit in their weekly podcast series Refreshing Chats with Commercial Lawyers.

Simon Gerrard, Partner and Head of Insolvency at Prosperity Law joined the Prosperity team in September 2019 to head up the insolvency team and in September 2020 was promoted to Partner. Simon’s previous experience is very strong having worked at leading international law firms, in the UK and Australia, acting for a varied client base ranging from Insolvency Practitioners, directors, professional sports clubs and individuals.
Simon joined Duane and Rebecca on Refreshing Chats with Commercial Lawyers to talk about his journey to partnership, his previous life as a lawyer in Australia and Chester the dog.

- When asked if Simon could enact any law what would it be, Simon opted to prevent any further lockdowns.
- Simon’s biggest takeaway from the past year, the COVID-19 pandemic, is that a more relaxed and flexible approach to business is possible without the sacrifice of professionalism or loss of productivity.
